At Jaipur RC Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Important: Please record a complete unboxing video from the moment you receive the package until the product is fully unpacked and tested. This video may be required to process claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

- Damaged product received during transit
- Defective product received upon delivery
- Wrong product received
- Missing items in the package
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, crashes, improper handling, or modifications
- Products showing signs of use
- Batteries, chargers, and electronic components damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
